Returns & Exchanges

A return is possible within 30 days after receiving the product and only under the following conditions:

• The item has a production or print defect.

• The item arrived damaged.

• The size does not fit (only if the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging).

Important Notes:

• Returns after 30 days cannot be accepted.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

• Products with signs of use or damage not caused by a production defect will not be accepted.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement item upon request.
